FAQs
How does the 12-month contract work?
All Infinity Market Identifier memberships, across every tier, are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Your membership begins on the date of purchase or sign-up and runs for a full 12 months. Cancellations or downgrades cannot be processed before the end of the 12-month term. Please review our Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
Can I upgrade my plan during my 12-month contract?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any point during your contract. The cost difference will be prorated for the remainder of your current term. Downgrades are not available until the end of your 12-month commitment.
What happens at the end of my 12-month term?
At the end of your initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically roll forward on the same terms unless you notify us in advance that you wish to change or cancel. We will contact you ahead of renewal to discuss your options.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a fully bespoke tier designed for organisations with complex, large-scale, or multi-brand needs. Pricing and scope are agreed directly with the Infinity Blue Group team. To discuss Enterprise access, please contact us directly using the link below.
Can I try the platform before committing?
We recommend starting with a free discovery call with the Infinity Blue Group team, where we will demonstrate the platform live and help you understand exactly what it can do for your brand, before you commit to any plan.
